We Are Shaved Ice Purists

Move over, fancy ice cream parlors and ice pops — the Shaved Ice Shack has the Authentic Shave Ice and is the cool-me-down treat that is absolutely the King on the ice cold desert scene. With the selection of vibrant and creative flavor creations there are literally hundreds of combinations you can try. So, give one of our classics a try or branch out and try one of our signature flavor combinations!

Premium Shaved Ice

We freeze our own ice to make our fine, fluffy shaven snow, similar to that made with blocks of ice and a hand-plane ice shaver.

why we do it

Shaved Ice Memories

Since Chris Manning, the owner, was a kid he had very fond memories of visiting Ethel’s Snow Cone House in Southwest Little Rock Arkansas when it came to a delicious shaved ice treat with his family. Mrs. Ethel Lee Langley, age 80, of Little Rock passed away on April 24, 2013. However, she made a such an incredible and positive impact on tens of thousands

of families over the years and she spent most of her life making people smile. We will strive to give families in our local community the same experiences that we cherished over the years growing up and we hope to make the same impact locally.
